We’ve all heard “Think Safe, Work Safe” or how about “Don’t be a fool, use the proper tool”, or maybe “Safety is as simple as ABC – Always Be Careful”. What do these catch phrases mean and do they work?
They might work in a way that you can’t get it out of your head now; catch phrases are meant to be memorable through simplicity, familiarity, and comfort. Mnemonic phrases serve as mental shortcuts to a brand, value, or concept. So yes, they work and they are meant to help you remember that you are important enough to keep yourself and your coworkers safe without injury or worse. Perhaps you are the employer reading this; ultimately it is up to you to keep all employees and contractors safe. We can help with that!
On our end, it is more than the training; it’s who took the phone call, who made the quote, who booked the training, who billed it out, who organized and sent out the tickets, who made the entry into the database for tracking?
