Park Derochie has employed cost control analysts, site superintendents, general foremen, foremen, and general workers from various Indigenous communities throughout the province. The company is also proud to note that 53 per cent of Park Derochie Saskatchewan’s operation is made up of Indigenous, females, and visible minorities.
